New to the portal? Here's how to handle the most common requests on your own.

1Update Your Payment Method

  • Log in to your customer portal
  • Go to the Billing or Payment Methods section
  • Select "Update Card" and enter your new card details
  • Save — your new card will be used for future visits

2Skip or Pause an Upcoming Cleanup

  • Log in and open your Schedule or Upcoming Visits section
  • Select the visit you'd like to skip
  • Choose "Skip" or "Pause Service" and confirm
  • You won't be charged for the skipped visit

3Update Gate Code or Yard Notes

  • Log in and go to your Property or Account Details
  • Find the Gate Code / Access Notes field
  • Enter your updated code or instructions
  • Save — our techs will see this before your next visit

4View Service History & Photos

  • Log in to your customer portal
  • Open the Service History or Visit Log section
  • Select any past visit to view details and photos
  • Use this to confirm your last cleanup date

5Change Notification Preferences

  • Log in and go to Account Settings or Notifications
  • Choose text, email, or phone for each notification type
  • Toggle on-the-way and completed alerts as you'd like
  • Save your preferences
